Surveys
The Ayerst team of experienced asbestos surveyors are qualified to carry out asbestos surveys of large and small buildings, industrial sites, offices, shops and other sites to the standards set out in the Health & Safety Executive Guidance HSG264.
Abatement
Ayerst Environmental offers Clients turnkey solutions where inspections, surveys or action plans require safe removal or abatement of asbestos materials. We can produce specifications for projects, assist in the procurement of removal contractors, review and audit method statements ensuring the contractor understands the requirements of the work, and manage site operations. All work will be managed effectively to ensure compliance, safety and value. We can then advise on updating your Action plan, asbestos register and advise on future management of asbestos risks.
Air Monitoring
Our air monitoring service identifies potential exposure to asbestos fibres through a process of air sampling and analysis carried out by professional analysts. Our reputation for quality and service to the Client is second to none, ensuring a safe outcome, backed up by knowledgeable staff and sound consultancy where required.
Air monitoring can be supplied as a stand-alone service – or as part of our comprehensive project management to ensure that you are taking a full and thorough approach to asbestos removal.
Survey System
We are the primary stakeholder for our Ayerst Survey System. This gives our clients confidence that our product will meet the demands of any audit. Larger FM products have the asbestos component as a bolt on - our survey system has asbestos as the heart of the system.
Laboratories
The only sure way of identifying the presence or otherwise of asbestos is to have all samples of suspect material properly analyzed by a laboratory formally accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). You can have your sample Fast Tracked for immediate analysis.
